how it works
It’s simple - you become an employee of Milton Park Partners. This allows you access to benefits that are normally only offered to employees of large companies.
Once a month we process your payroll and withdraw the gross amount from your business account and withhold all applicable taxes, Social Security, Medicare, State and Federal income taxes, Unemployment Tax, and administration fees. Your benefits are deducted pre-tax (Section 125).
Your net paycheck is then direct deposited into your personal account.
The entire program is 100% tax deductible to your business. The program virtually pays for itself.
When you hire someone, you hire them under MPP and we will lead you through every step from on-boarding to termination.
